Verify Network SA is designed to help people and businesses reduce risk before doing business. The platform must be used carefully, fairly, and responsibly. It is not a place for harassment, revenge, public shaming, unsupported claims, or emotional allegations.
Users must only submit information that they believe to be true, relevant, and capable of admin review. Reports should be factual and should focus on the issue, amount, reference, contact details, and relevant background.
Users should not submit false information, exaggerations, insults, threats, private gossip, irrelevant personal details, or anything intended to unfairly damage another person or business.
A report submission does not automatically prove that a person or business has done anything wrong. New reports may be created as Under Review until admin has reviewed the available information and decided how the record should be handled.
The platform should use controlled wording such as reported payment issue, service issue, under review, moderate risk, high risk, and verified severe risk.
Users should avoid public accusation-heavy language, name-calling, threats, or statements that cannot be supported through a review process.
Risk-status information is intended to support decision-making, not replace it. A user should still apply their own judgement, request documents, use proper payment terms, verify references, and obtain legal or professional advice where necessary.
Affected persons or businesses should have a clear route to request review, correction, update, or dispute handling. Admin may consider the information from both sides before keeping, changing, resolving, or removing a record.
Payment for a check, report submission, deep check, or admin review request does not guarantee a specific status, rating, removal, result, or decision. Payments allow the relevant process or request to be handled according to platform rules.
Business users should use the platform to support responsible operations. They must not use business access to submit false reports, target competitors, harass customers, bypass review processes, or misuse information obtained through the platform.

Verify Network SA may review, moderate, restrict, update, reject, or remove information where needed to protect the platform, users, reported parties, and the review process. Admin decisions should be recorded with reasons where appropriate.
Users must respect the privacy and dignity of others. Public-facing results should avoid unnecessary personal details, and sensitive information should be handled through controlled admin review where practical.
